Global Managed Services is the managed services division of Vedior North America. They offer services that are related to outsourcing of vendor management initiatives specific to the procurement of contract and temporary labor. Master Vendor (MV), Master Service Provider (MSP), Vendor on Premise (VOP), Payrolling and Consulting Services all fall within the GMS toolkit.

Acting as the Master Vendor (MV), any Vedior NA company can utilize GMS to manage a group of sub-tier staffing vendors ensuring a seamless delivery of resources to the client while reducing the clients administrative overhead. This approach is typically used when our clients wish to reduce the number of suppliers they contract with but may still require the delivery of resources from disadvantaged (i.e.MWBE) and niche companies, through a prime vendor.

As the Master Service Provider (MSP), GMS acts as an outsourcing arm, managing all of your contingent workforce procurement activity in a vendor neutral fashion. On medium and large sized engagements, GMS provides and coordinates implementation of a Vendor Management System (VMS). Through established channel partnerships, GMS is able to provide the best technology available in the market today. Clients can rely on GMS to recommend and deploy the technology that best suits their needs.

With an extensive Vedior NA Company presence as well as an Alliance Supplier network, GMS offers clients a one-stop staffing resource through their Vendor on Premise (VOP) offering. This solution allows GMS to work as the sole point-of- contact to the client, while utilizing specialty staffing from Vedior NA companies and the extensive GMS Alliance Supplier network to ensure fulfillment on broad range of skill and geographical location in North America.

GMS provides additional services such as Payroll and Consulting Services. Complete payroll services are facilitated for those clients wishing to maintain a contingent workforce to augment their internal staff. Consulting services related to contract and temporary labor are provided by our experienced consulting team in conjunction with any of the other GMS services or as a stand-alone Workforce Scoping Project. The Workforce Scoping can span your entire contingent labor workforce or can narrowly focus on one or several specified issues or aspects.
