The acquisition of Delta further expands Vedior NA's service offerings within the healthcare and IT staffing sectors

WAKEFIELD, MA, 11.02.05 - Vedior North America is pleased to announce it has acquired 80% interest in Delta, a specialty staffing organization comprised of two operating groups, Delta Pharma, Inc. and Delta Solutions, Inc.

Delta Pharma, Inc. provides life sciences staffing solutions to assist the clinical trials/certification process within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Delta Solutions, Inc. provides specialty IT staffing and consultancy services principally aimed at the life sciences market.

With the addition of Delta's life sciences and IT service offerings, Vedior NA further positions itself as the preferred provider of specialty niche services to its clients, as well as, differentiates itself from key competitors.

Through its Vedior 1 program, Vedior NA is able to present a seamless, web-based service across an entire suite of specialty services to clients within major growth industries.
