CNC Global and Sapphire Technologies Unite to Create a Single North American IT Staffing Brand

--Company to provide cross-border services to meet 26 year high in IT staffing--

Toronto, Canada - July 24, 2007 - CNC Global, Canada's leading provider of IT staffing solutions, today announced it will adopt the name of its sister company, Boston-based Sapphire Technologies, creating a single brand for IT staffing services across North America and around the world. Under a single brand, Sapphire can serve the growing demand for qualified IT professionals, up over 17% from the same period last year.
