We offer staffing solutions to Traditional, Administrative/Light Industrial sectors as well as Specialist sectors such as Information Technology, Healthcare, Accounting, Engineering and Education. Our staffing solutions include temporary, contract, contract to hire and permanent placement.

The company is made up of 13 divisions. These include Sapphire Technologies, CNC Global, Clinical One, Locum Medical Group, Delta-Pharma, Placement Pros, ATS Reliance, Sapphire Design, Global Managed Services (GMS) and Vedior Professional Services which is comprised of three nationally recognized brands, AccountPros, Human Resources International (HRi), and Compliance Inc.

The company is headquartered in Wakefield, Massachusetts and was founded in 1994.

Originally known as the New Boston Group of Companies, the group was acquired in 1994 by UK-based staffing firm Select Appointments (Holdings). At that time a new entity, New Boston Select Group, Inc. was formed. In March 1998, New Boston Select Group changed its name to Select Appointments North America, to reflect the company's association with its parent company, Select Appointments. In 1999, Vedior, NV, a Dutch international staffing company acquired 100% of all shares of Select Appointments. This acquisition produced the 3rd largest staffing organization in the world. In January 2003, Select Appointments North America changed its name to Vedior North America, to align itself with parent company, Vedior, NV.
