Fuccillo lends 22 years of experience to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Vedior North America, the Massachusetts resident worked as an accounting and auditing supervisor for Tofias, Fleishman, Shapiro & Co., P.C.

Fuccillo joined Vedior North America in April 1995 as the company's Accounting Manager. At that time, companies in the North American Zone generated revenue of approximately $120 million. Fuccillo's expertise in corporate finance, insurance, accounting and tax has been instrumental to the company's growth.

Fuccillo oversees Vedior North America's Finance Group and is responsible for successfully integrating the financial reporting structures, business plans, budgets and management reporting of new companies that join the Vedior family. In addition, he manages the companys relationship with Bank of America, the captive management insurance program, the company's acquisition program and the purchasing function. Fuccillo has also assumed leadership of the Corporate Management Group, which includes Business Operations, Risk Management, Information Systems and Technology.

Fuccillo obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Taxation. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant.
